What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in starts at 2:00 PM and check-out is until 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged with reception, subject to availability.
Is the Batu Secret Zoo ticket really included?
Yes. Every stay includes a 2-day access pass to Batu Secret Zoo and Museum Satwa, verified at reception during check-in.
Does Pohon Inn have a swimming pool?
Pohon Inn doesn’t have its own pool, but guests can enjoy the water attractions and playgrounds at Jawa Timur Park 2 right next door.
How do I get to Pohon Inn from the airport or station?
We offer airport and station transfer services, plus a free shuttle around the Jatim Park area. Contact reception to arrange pick-up.
Can I host a meeting or family gathering here?
Yes. We have two executive meeting rooms with four package options (Fullboard, Fullday, Halfday, Regular), plus a 150-pax family gathering venue at the Batu Secret Zoo entrance.
